Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

Sweet, spicy and a little smoky - these wings are the perfect appetizer.  They are so simple to make, just bake them up in your oven and the parchment paper makes for easy clean up.

Ingredients

• 2 lb chicken wings
• 3/4 cup Sutter Buttes Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
• ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk together BBQ Sauce, Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
2. Pour marinade into a zip-top bag or container with chicken wings. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes, but overnight if possible.
3. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Lay marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Flip wings and bake for another 30 minutes until wings are browned and crispy.

Serve with additional Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce for dipping.
